Owner / Massage Therapist
Asenath Avinash knows massage! She practiced massage therapy for many years before opening WorkWell Austin in 2010 and has been a mentor, client and avid fan of some of Austin’s most wildly talented and knowledgeable therapists. Her love of people, community building and entrepreneurship, have helped her bring those therapists together at WorkWell Austin. A life-long creative, Asenath and WorkWell Austin especially support and promote Austin’s artists, actors and musicians. Outside of work, Asenath is deeply dedicated to her Buddhist practice, her son and to living a life that promotes peace and happiness for all people. Asenath loves to play music, write songs, enjoy nature, practice permaculture and wax philosophical in her blog posts for WorkWell Austin.
Massage TherapistKevin Graef has been practicing Massage since 2010. He graduated from The Lauterstein~Conway Massage School’s (TLC) 500 hour program, in Nov. 2010, and attended their Advanced Program in 2012. He has practiced through privately owned small businesses and, as well as practicing at WorkWell, teaches the 500 hour program and several workshops at TLC. His main areas of expertise are Body Mobilization and Deep Tissue. He tries to blend work that opens and renews tissues with work that feels good and relaxes his clients. Outside of Massage, he enjoys being outside immensely. He loves birds, especially hawks and owls (but all birds are cool!) He likes to hike, run, swim and go to the gym. Additionally, he fixes cars in his spare time and is always reading massage books to expand his work.

Massage TherapistNatalia Macias has been practicing massage therapy and healing modalities for 10 years as of February 2017 and she’s also been a yoga instructor for the last 5 years. She has mostly worked in integrative wellness centers, like WorkWell, but has also worked in chiropractic settings, medical/doctors offices, as well as international retreats and spas. Her main area of expertise is deep tissue and sports massage. As a former dancer and yoga teacher, ergonomic movement has been at the forefront of her attraction to this work. As she’s evolved as a therapist and healer over the years, she is enjoying integrating a more subtle and energetic approach into her deep work. She loves to travel and enjoys working with children — teaching them Spanish and French in an alternative education setting. She is learning how to play the ukulele, and is a huge fan of seeing live music!

He incorporates guided meditations to help clients reflect on issues that are most important to them. Outside of acupuncture, he enjoys cooking for friends and family. As an herbalist, he’ll always have a special place in his heart for plants, and he’s gardened at home for several seasons and volunteers at local organic farms.
Massage TherapistSara Bergeson has been practicing massage since 2010. She loves massage therapy and also practices and deeply resonates with Energetic Medicine, which addresses the patterns that have been established in the non-physical levels of our being, patterns who’s effects manifest now on our physical being. She believes in our Divinity, it’s intelligence, and the body’s natural ability to heal itself and alleviate any pain it is experiencing. Her role as your therapist is to bring you into a state of allowing this healing to occur. She uses broad, firm, flowing pressure overall. For problematic areas, she incorporates a much slower, deeper compression, along with many other massage therapy techniques geared to achieve release of holding patterns. She also actively practices Reiki and offers sessions at WorkWell. “Thank You for complimenting your life with the healing I intend to help facilitate.” ~Sara
