Kevin-Graef-headshotKevin Graef’s approach to bodywork is noteworthy for taking the time to feel what is going on with his clients and not rushing the unwinding of deeply held tension. As an instructor at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, his teaching style reflects this same philosophy; he ignites the passion and curiosity that he discovers in his students and helps them to fully develop their massage skills. In his free time, Kevin enjoys flora, fauna, swimming, and eating clean and yummy foods.

Sara Bergeson’s style of massage brings you into a state where the body’s natural  healing processes can occur. She uses a broad, firm, flowing  pressure overall. For problem areas she incorporates a much slower, deeper compression to allow the muscle to release. She believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and to alleviate any pain it is experiencing, and loves using her skills in massage therapy to help people.
