Charlotte Keith

Charlotte Keith

Massage Therapist / Acupuncturist

Charlotte Keith, LMT, LAc, is a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist and has been practicing with a strong clientele for 14 years. I have many years of training in a wide variety of massage and acupuncture protocols in order to provide the best possible outcome for my clients. It’s important to me to listen carefully to your concerns as well as to your body, so that I can create a specific, personalized, optimal treatment for each of your sessions.
My massage pressure is what you need it to be, and my acupuncture technique is nearly painless, as I use very thin needles and a gentle Japanese technique. In both I prefer a relaxing-therapeutic style, so you will always leave with your concerns fully addressed and taken care of, while also feeling calmer and more relaxed.
Isabelle Xenos

Isabelle Xenos

Massage Therapist / Acupuncturist

Bonjour and greetings!! Je m’appelle Isabelle, and I am french. I followed my captain overseas, have 3 life-giving kiddos, and was promoted grandma 6 months ago!! A pure joy! I am a believer!!!!! I am passionate about everything to do with massage therapy, a mandatory art and skill, in my humble opinion. A massage is like bathing into the warmth of healing hands. The awareness of how you feel is a THERAPY at its best. Having formal training in kinesiology, body mechanics and personal training, I connect right away with my clients’ aches and pains. Training in France (l ecole des infirmieres paris 18), California and Texas for continuing education, I have added up around 999 different techniques I can apply to soothe your discomfort. My post-menopausal stage of life guides my intuition and shows me almost like Xray-hands what the solution is. I am finishing a master class with doctor Eric Dalton, and I have loved the medical massage training of doctor Morin. One of my favorite trainers is Whitney Lowe with his Orthopedic Assessment book. I also love The Anatomy of Movement from Blandine Calais, Trigger Point Therapy from Claire Davies on myofascial pain and discomfort, and  Neil Asher is great in Triggering the Trigger Point. And, of course, no massage therapist can omit the great Ida Rolf for her Reestablishing the Natural Alignment and Structural Integration of the Human Body for Vitality and Well-being. I believe that awareness of our posture is like prayers we owe to our physical realm.
